While trying to share my library I have accidently created locked accounts with PIN numbers, I can’t get back into these accounts and I can’t delete them
@ChuckPa can you assist with how I can delete these users on my account?
Please note these extra users are locked with PIN, I can’t log in or delete these
I need a way to delete G and N users from my account

The user “G” (that account) owns the Plex Home.
If that’s another of your accounts, sign out of Plex/web and back in to that account
If not, then @BigWheel will indeed be needed to look at what I cannot.

The G account is not the owner, I just set it admin by mistake trying to delete it
The T account is my account, I need a way to delete the G and the N accounts
I can’t sign into the G account
Is that someone you share with?
If so, talk them through the process.
They never used this account i set it up in error, the user is on my plex service account not my plex server,
Also I set the pin, which does not allow access (I have tried may times)
I have fully rebuilt my plex server and the accounts stay,
i need Plex support to remove these from my account
Why am I locked out of Server Settings and how do I get in?
The G account is the server owner/admin. It has claimed the server.
Follow the process in the above support document. It will place your server in an unclaimed state.
You can then claim the server using the desired account.

Also, if it is listed, delete the server from your list of Authorized Devices: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms
It should not be listed, since your account does not own the server. However, it never hurts to double check.
Shutdown PMS.
Check Authorized Devices.
Proceed with the rest of Why am I locked out…
stopped plex, deleted keys (PlexOnlineHome, PlexOnlineMail l PlexOnlineToken, PlexOnlineUsername) restarted Alex as per the process
no joy, I’ve tried simular when I rebuilt the plex server
These users were on my account my account after I deleted my server and had no claimed servers at all before I rebuilt the plex server.
I need plex support to remove these from my plex account rater than my server config
didn’t do that will try again
Same same,
deleted server from registered list
shut down plex server
deleted keys
restarted host window OS
opened Plex
connected as my T account
claimed the server
users on my account unchanged including G with Admin

Edit: Also note, that your account is flagged for a mandatory password change, so please do so
You need to delete your account, meaning leaving his home.
Note though, that this also means that his server will no longer be avail to you
will change password after we fix the account, (one change at a time)
