There are several reports of the same problem for Android mobile v2025.15 (search the forum for “source error”).
The problem appears to be fixed in 2025.16, currently in beta.

Unknown when 2025.16 will go from beta to public. It was released to beta today, so probably not this week (going by prior releases).
