I'm on rc2 and both DD and DTS passthrough as always, no problem. did you just check the boxes or did you also add "hdmi_force_edid_audio=1" to the config.txt?

i don't know if it's documented anywhere, it has always been a part of my config.txt to ensure passthrough. and it works fine on my pi. if i uncheck the boxes in rasplex it won't passthrough.

I get stuck in IPv4 configuration. I don't have any keyboard or mouse connected, just using my remote(CEC).
If I try to edit the IPv4 interface to use a static IP I can't get away from the edit window. Moving around with the arrow keys and hitting OK/Enter on the numbers works fine. But when I move down towards "Done" it never highlights and I can't get back to the numbers again. Typing with the number keys on the remote still works but I can't hit "Done" to set the configuration and get back to the menu.
Tried it both on RC1 and RC2(fresh installs), before that I only did upgrades so I havent done it since 0.1.30 or something.
Anyone else encountered this?
I'm pretty sure my stuff passess through fine. I have DD/DTS and direct play all the time. I dont have this configured.
This was on pre RC1, RC1 and now RC2

Didn't work for me, works (checking the boxes each reboot) in RC1, crashes / locks up in RC2, with or without the hdmi_force_edid_audio=1.
Onkyo TX-SR309 5.1 receiver, Sony 55H929 TV.
Here the same Problem. Hangs on loading at 1080p with DTS. Nothing changed in config Files. Have a onkyo receiver. In other room without Receiver it works fine
Hmm i got an onkyo but I think we're doing things azzbackwards and going via the TV for some odd reason. I can try to corroborate this w/ mine.

Did a fresh install. Nothing is working anymore. After starting a tv serie or movie its hangs on "please wait" after a min or more it starts the movie or tv ep and hangs.

My rewind/fast forward no longer works with 0.4.0-rc1 or 0.4.0-rc2. Problem exists on my TV remote using HDMI-CEC as well as a wireless USB keyboard. It was working fine with 0.9.9.20. Fast forward will show 2x, 4x, 8x, etc. each time I press the FF button, but the video does not advance at higher speeds, it merely plays at 1x but with the audio muted. Rewind does not work, either, video still advances forward at 1x even though the display shows 2x, 4x, 8x, etc rewind speeds each time I press the RW button.
Again, I apologize if I have simply reported this in the wrong place and it is already a known bug. I know it has been an issue with past releases and it seems odd that nobody has experienced it on 0.4.0-rc1 or rc2 except me, which probably means that's not the case. Still, better safe than sorry I guess.

Same issue here. Indicator increase, but video still play 1x with mute audio. (rc-1)
I can confirm that there is an issue with 5.1 when using passthru in RC2.
We are investigating what happenned at the moment, as soon as we have found the issue, we'll post an update.

I have found the setting that will allow Shutdown to work (for the most part).
Preferences --> System---> Advanced
Enable Debugging Log
When ticked the Shutdown will work correctly for CEC (with correct CEC settings) and Shutdown selection from main screen.
If Power Saving Shutdown is selected it will shutdown the RPi after the specified time and RPi will shutdown my Samsung AV amp through CEC, but for some reason not the TV. Rpi is connected via HDMI to Samsung TV and Samsung AV amp is also connected to Samsung TV via HDMI.
It is kind of a minor issue but it needs to be done imo.
In order to go a step back in the UI I need to push the "Exit" button on my Samsung TV Remote, the Return button gives a black box with transcoding information.

I have tried the Rasplex RC2 issue. And I have a problem to play the videos that are in myplex queue. When I try to play a video, i'm asked to choose the resolution and after that nothing happens.
On XBMC with PLEXBMC I have the same issue with I have the message "Server Authentication error".
When I try to play the video on my android with plex app it's working fine.
Is it a third party app issue to not play the videos in myplex queue or did I have some bad parameter in my PMS?

[EDIT] I have found on another forum that the problem might be linked to the fact that I have the option "local anthentication" enabled in PMS. I will check for this tonight

make sure the folder "keymaps" exists
