Re-encoding broke all matches

  1. Edit the library, choose Advanced. Make sure you are using the Plex Movie agent and scanner.

  2. Also in Advanced, deselect Prefer local metadata if it is selected.

  3. Save changes.

  4. Rescan the library.

  5. Refresh metadata for the library.

  6. If still not recognized, Plex Dance the movie.
