@falconeddy You do not have debug logging enabled so there isn’t enough information in your log. Please enable that and we’ll have to wait until the next time this happens.
I’ll see about getting you the debug logs today. I’ll hold off enabling it till 15 minutes before it starts recording.
Debug logging for the server does not turn off. It’s not the same as the client logs. Go ahead and turn it on now.

You have the policy to delete after being played, which is actually checking watched status. Since you’ve already watched this episode, PMS is applying that criteria and removing it. I didn’t think it would do that right away, thought it waited until it’s overnight routine, but looks like it does do it right away.
I don’t know if it’s intended to run right away, I’ll check, but this is what is going on.
If it helps, the behavior change within the past 3 or 4 weeks. I do know my rerun count dramatically decreased during that timeframe. I auto update nightly on my server so I’m not sure the version when things change. My current version is 1.23.5.4862.

This is happening again, I did not record during the olympics but last night had recordings… in dvr it shows it recorded, but not in my folder… also EX2 still running at 7 am and loads live tv very slow with no sound on 1080p stations. This should work better than this
Got your logs and I see an issue. I will get this filed as a bug with the team.
So what does that mean, it will eventually start working? How will I know… it recorded last night but had to run all night to do it… started at 8 pm when the show started ended about 4:30 this morning? Thank you

I can’t say it’s all your problems. I only looked at this specific recording failure.
The specific issue I found is when recording shows back to back with an overlap.

I have not looked at those logs but it’s likely the same issue. The team is still working on a fix.
