are you using xbmcnfoexported agent, or tvdb agent.
because there’s a conflict betwen exportedmetadata and last PMS.
yesterday i run a TV show test, and fine with tvdb agent, for season posters. i realized yesterday the issue.
sorry, i can’t link you now the thread. search for "metadata for exported libraries.

- this are the lasts posts are talking about: https://goo.gl/1ebn3v
- but, you’re using what agent?: the xbmc_exported_agent (you’re affected then) or the tvdb.com itself in PMS?.
- in the xbmc_exported_agent side there’s nothing to do, the code is correct (as i could read and understand), there’s something broken or un-matched between the agent and latest PMS.
let’s talk about possible solution.

Well that’s really a conversation for the xbmc_exported_agent threads or PMS sub forums. We’re strictly OpenPHT/Rasplex discussions here.

Any ideas how to trigger the update for the odroid c2?
I’m on the pre-release channel in openpht but it isn’t picking up that 1.7.1 is available.
Restarted with network delay in case it was that, no change.
Any hints would be appreciated
My Odroid C2 is not picking up the update either, I also have mine on the pre release channel & have tried the stable channel & both say I am up to date.
Is there any way to manually update without losing all my settings?
All my RPi2s have auto updated btw

OK…it’s normal. There’s nothing to do with openPHT.
I have a pair questions:
- Following the complete list of keyboard shortcut for openPHT (or PHT) i have an MCE remote happily mapped with all the existing keyboard shortcut list. I mean: C — context menu F6 — open details media I — playback info etc…
But the key U gives me the filter for “watched / unwatched” list…Then, there’s a more key i could use and map too?. - It’s possible somewhere in the “Search” menu to show wich server is the media. I know i could activate or de-activate searching in my server or in the rest of sharing with me…I want to list somewhere this founded movie is mine or a sharing user.
Moving from 1.6.2 to 1.7.1, I noticed that when playing back a single TV episode split across multiple parts using the Plex file naming conventions (i.e. S01E01 - pt1.ext, S01E01 - pt2.ext), I wasn’t able to access the parts after part 1 (it would say that the media file could not be found when I tried to seek to a time that landed beyond the first part).
Moving back to 1.6.2, this began working again. However, I noticed that in 1.6.2, starting playback with the “resume at xx:xx:xx” option would not resume at the stated time - instead, it started at the beginning of the part that the timestamp was located in.
I’m running into judder periodically playing videos in 1.7.1 – a problem I’ve been lucky enough not to have in previous versions of OpenPHT and PHT. Is anyone else running into new or increased judder? Any ideas about why I’d be hitting this problem in 1.7 but not 1.6?
I’m running OpenPHT 1.7.1 on a 2011 Mac Mini (OS X El Capitan; I haven’t upgraded to MacOS yet). Panasonic Plasma TV. Yamaha 6.1 sound system. Plex audio settings settings set up for 5.1 surround. Plex playback settings set to direct playback, bypass (the Plex Server is on the same machine as OpenPHT; and all content is being served from drives on the local network).
Display refresh and sync-to-display and hardware decoding all are turned off currently – as having those settings off is what worked for me in previous builds. But I’ve been experimenting with flipping these options around to see if it’ll resolve the new judder problem – however, adjusting these options doesn’t seem to have a positive affect (so far, maybe I don’t have the right combo of settings) so I’ve opted back out of them.
Judder appears anywhere from every 30 seconds to every 5 minutes (roughly speaking; it seems to vary quite a bit).
Is anyone having issues with music cutting in and out when playing in OpenPHT?
Has only started in this version was fine in 1.6.x that I was running before. I know the computer etc are fine as switching to PMP (in fullscreen mode) has no issues playing the same music.
I use Mildrop visualisations - got the files from Kodi and put them in Program Files (x86)\OpenPHT\Addons.
VLC on the same computer also plays the files fine.
Can replicate the fault playing AVI TV shows as well. Same show plays fine with no audio issues using PMP.
Setup:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz
RAM: 4 GiB
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 with all updates
1TB SSHD with about 30% free space
HDMI output to TV which has headphones connected and coax digital out to Logitech Z-5500 speakers.
Gigabit wired network
Note sound issue exists on both DirectSound and WASAPI and even exists when using the inbuilt speakers on the laptop.
All media is on another system on the LAN running Windows Server 2016.
Another issue present in OpenPHT but not in PMP is the song count on very large albums - I have an album with 100 tracks and OpenPHT doesn’t show the correct count and has issues going back and forward between tracks.
There are an little issue with remote Control with LIRC…
“KEY_EXIT under LIRC does not end playback”…
Any Ideas to fix this?

I would be extremely grateful if a .tar file of the embedded version could be made available. You’ve provided me with these in the past [forums.plex.tv/discussion/216102/dual-boot-with-chrome-os-and-openpht-on-hp-chromebox#latest]) , and this way is the only way I have to be able to upgrade.Which version did you end up using? The generic or the Nvidia legacy?
I used the generic. Thank you so much!!
You’re welcome, I think? Did you get the 1.7.1 TAR file you needed or do you still need it?
Nope I still need it. I was just thanking you in advance
https://openpht.blob.core.windows.net/updates/OpenPHT-Embedded-1.7.1.137-b604995c-Generic.x86_64.tar
Thank you so much! This is exactly what I needed!!

The default Keyboard shortcuts are here for original PHT.
But since PHT and OpenPHT are based on XMBC/Kodi, here is a more complete list of defaults when applicable functions exist.
- It’s possible somewhere in the “Search” menu to show wich server is the media. I know i could activate or de-activate searching in my server or in the rest of sharing with me…I want to list somewhere this founded movie is mine or a sharing user.
I think library and server listings is a better option. But I believe that’s from the PMS search API. Check Github and see if there is already a Search enhancement feature request. If not, you should add your own. Make sure to add [Feature Request] to the beginning.

OK…thanks!
I believe that having mapped my MCE remote with all the more common keys mapped, the one i miss it’s the key to switch ON/OFF the list for watched/unwatched…Then , the KEY U serves the purpose. Tomorrow i’m gonna try it!..
And thats true!..under PMS and WebApp you could see what server are showing results from…Then it’s a matter of PMS…i’m gonna see the adding of that feature request for openPHT
Thanks again!

I don’t suppose we’re any closer to a fix for this? Will save me time in reflashing and configuring.
Edit: Got bored, reflashed, reconfigured. All done ![]()
Fast forwarding (2x x8 x16 x32) with 1.7.1 gives a black screens, delays which didnt happen with 1.6.1.
How to fix this?
I don’t know if this is an OpenPHT thing, something specific to my set up, or an issue with the Plex Server… But after installing OpenPHT 1.7.1 I can no longer get “Play Plex Mix” to work for music. If I go to a track, pull up the context menu, and select Plex Mix, nothing happens (no music plays, no Plex Mix of tracks populates, no error message). Anyone else running into this?

I just tried on my install of OpenPHT 1.7.1 [on ubuntu 16.04 and Nox] and was able to use Plex Mix for music. Can you try using PlexMix on a different client (anything other than OpenPHT 1.7.1) and see if it works on that?

Have you tried to play via key C in a single track?
I mean:
- browse for an artist
- select
- browse an album for that artist
- select
- seeing the list of tracks
- down or up a track
- then pressing C key
Appears plex MIx?? near the last bottom options?
