Have you checked access via https://canyouseeme.org ? Does the “Your IP” address displayed there match the Public address you see in Plex?

@Dan_Bev I’m curious which port is actually working and active for you. Same question - what do you see from canyouseeme.org ? On some devices static port mapping takes precedence. On other devices UPnP will win.
