Remote Access issues

I’m having remote access problems and I have a Plex Pass. Me accessing my own movies remotely. I’ve tried restarting my serve. Uninstall my plex app on my phone and that did nit work. I can play my movies over wifi fine. Not sure what to do next?

Hi!

I’ll look at the Support Articles again. I have access to my plex libraries, I see all my movies,
I see the movie metadata. When I click to play, the movie looks like it starts playing (a flash), then gives me a black screen, then that message. I Never had this problem before the update. I did read one article about shutting down plex and then restart. That did not work. I have a short video but found I can’t upload it.

This is a known issue which will be fixed with version 2025.16 of the mobile apps.
If you’re on Android you can sideload the version as a preview / test build.
