I am having the same issue. I am running on Unraid 7.0.1. Nothing changed on my config.
Same outcome or the exact same configuration?
A lot relative to your remote access setup can change outside your control. Unless you’re having the exact same setup and configuration, it might be worth to move this in your own thread and start troubleshooting your particular issue.
Did you already have a look at the related troubleshooting support article?

There’s also a guide with some more details on how to troubleshoot remote access issues.
Same issue and I have already gone through the support article. I’m running my server on Unraid 7.0.1 and nothing has changed that I can tell. I haven’t touched my router for port forwarding, I haven’t made any changes in the Plex settings. Remote access just stopped working. I tried changing the port to manual using 32400 and changed to a different for and updating the firewall, still nada. I have posted on the discord but who knows if or when I might get help. I’m not sure what else I can do besides do a fresh install and rescan libraries as well as lose my watched shows/movies,etc.
In the container log I do see: Critical: libusb_init failed and then connect: operation timed out.
Plex server Version 1.41.8.9834
Have you tested if the manually forwarded port is visible from outside your home network (e.g. using a service like canyouseeme.org)?
Do the public IP reported by their service and the WAN IP of your router match (same with the public IP identified by Plex in your server’s Remote Access settings?
That site can not see port 32400, however if its not reachable it wouldn’t show as open. all ips match, intern and external.
update, it looks like its open again. I sacrificed a bottle of rum to the tech gods and it shows open.
In reality I deleted the forwarding, re added it and unchecked/rechecked manual port with 32400. allegedly its open.
Is 32400 the public port you’ve forwarded in your router configuration?
If it’s not showing up as open – there’s either something wrong with your port forward (which is unlikely as you stated you haven’t changed anything and it used to work), or your ISP might have started blocking that port / traffic.
as per updated in previous post, I am back up and remote connecting confirmed. I just ask you keep the thread open a day or two just to make sure and then close it down. I appreciate your time and assistance! Thank you!
