Question about remote access. I run my Plex server through my NAS.I had an Internet outage the last two days. All of a sudden, my remote access won’t work. I’ve double triple checked my port forwarding credentials. The remote screen shows that it has full accessibility for remote access in green yet where the IP addresses are for private in public there is a red X. I have ran every troubleshooting that I know how to do, i double triple check the port forwarding, restarted internet router modem, NAS I even took down the actual server address on my phone and took off the Wi-Fi, and I was able to access it that way. So I don’t know what’s going on. Can somebody please help me?
I’ve actually been getting the same issue the last few days or so. It states fully accessible and is indeed accessible from the outside world, however it says unknown public and private IP…
Have you gotten a work around with this yet?
As I have stated, my remote access is actually working, its just showing up as a bit wonky within Plex itself, so I’ve not needed a workaround.
Have you actually checked to see if you can actually access your server externally?
Does this URL work for you?

I can’t access the remote access at. Now if I put in the plex IP address with the 32400 port on my phone without WiFi I can access it. But for some reason I can’t access it like normal. This started today. The private and public ip addresses always have the red X. No addresses are showing
