My remote access stopped working about a week ago and no matter if I manually forward the port it will not connect. Glad to know i’m not the only one having problems.
Same here. I’m not at home and I don’t know when I will go back. It has been working fine for more then 1 year with remote access from UK both on web app and also on Android TV App.
Last week out of nothing stopped working. Actually i was trying to play a movie via web and I noticed the quality wasn’t 1080p. Refreshed page a couple of time and nothing. While I was trying to check some configurations remote access is lost.
I was home only 3 weeks ago and I didn’t change anything on my configurations on the server or router.
Obviously I cannot perform any local troubleshooting on the server.
Are you guys sure this isn’t related to any update on plex server?
Anything I can do remotely to try to solve the problem?
