Remote access suddenly stopped working

Most recent Plex upgrade broke remote access?

I am experiencing similar issues. When attempting to stream remotely I experience constant buffering no matter what quality I stream. A very interesting (possibly telling) fact is that if I use plex’s relay servers then everything works perfectly (albeit at a worse stream quality).
