I’m having a very similar issue with my Plex server on a Synology DS220j - despite following all instructions and confirming that all my settings are correct, remote access does not work. I posted a topic about it in this forum, complete with log files, but it’s been two weeks and so far nobody has responded. Since this thread seems more active, perhaps someone from here could check it out?
