Yeah, that’s fair. However, if you haven’t updated to Android 11 (Experience 9) HW transcoding should not be broken. This was a result of something changing with Android 11. Please start a new post with details and logs.

That’s not accurate about it changing with Android 11. I’m still on 9 and it’s broken. See here:

Like OP, HW transcoding is broken. I’m still on Android 9. Server Version is 1.25.3.5385. On the dashboard, it shows as transcoding, but no (HW) designation that I used to see.
