One problem worries me: the same file may play or may not play (eternal buffering).
Shield is not available. Cant see my Shield and Mediafiles. I use a USB HDD and there is no connection.
Hotfix3 manually installed on my Shield 2017 yesterday. PMS loaded and worked both on my home network and externally. More importantly, PMS was still running this morning and again this evening, without a need to reboot the system. My PMS database is stored on an external USB SSD and my library is on a NAS. Hopefully it will continue to behave itself.
Can you see Android TV on your screen?
I can see nothing. On Shield no connection to my files. On Plex Account on PC, no connection to my Shield. All things are fine before I updated my Shield to new Android version.
that is, only the plex does not work? do other apps work?

On my Plex Account: The server “SHIELD Android TV” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.
you need to delete Plex server from your shield using file manager X-plore for example.
Check wether you have Plex server files in your shield
can you check in Plex client setting: is there Plex Media Server setting?
How many Plex servers you can see in Plex client?
A lot of Plex Servers. I deleted all the servers and now trying to reconnect. But nothing happend 
It is good news!!! Install ones again PMS 5410 but named it Shield_NEW Android TV.
After installation go into Plex client setting and find Plex Media Server settings

I can see under Authorized Devices: SHIELD Android TV 8.29.0.30433 Plex for Android (TV) and SHIELD Android TV 1.25.3.5410-f11334058 Plex Media Server. Where can I rename Shield_NEW Android TV? Do you mean Plex Media Server Settings on PC or Shield? Sorry, this Plex Stuff is very complicated
you need to make server installation from the beginning, can you install 5410? if yes after installation you wiil see start page of server installation guide.
Inside first page you can change name of server
if after installation 5410 you can not see start page of server installation guide it means that some information about old server exists in the shield so you need delete old server via x-plore

No, there wasnt an option for renaming Only rights for external access.

No, on installation guide I dint see a server name.
