You are right, retrying between 2-6 times works. waiting some time/day works.
But the worst issue is that I can’t do a full imdb metadata refresh from time to time because it loses rating in movies that previosuly had it. it’s not reliable T_T

I take it you’ve tried all the usual tricks… clearing cache, plex dance etc?
Ratings for Kingsman tt4649466 finally showed up after a couple of days.
Like mentioned before, when Plex gets stubborn, keep calm and try again the next day but this title was extra tricky.

I have also opened a feature request to allow the manual selection of rating type so that we could select to use the logo even if it doesn’t automatically pull it… SEE HERE

I just refreshed metadata for Beasts of the Southern Wild - tt2125435 and now I get an IMDb score, which is great.

Cleared all caches (I assume you meant the agents’ caches or should I delete the whole cache-folder?), unmatched movies, deleted bin. Sherlock might not work as it doesn’t count as a movie I guess? Though I can’t find a categorization on imdb…

@A.Raab - The first two a TV Movies according to IMDb and unfortunately, we aren’t allowed to access those according to our deal with IMDb 
As for Shaun the Sheep - that one is a movie but it worked for me this morning. Maybe try clearing your HTTP cache and refreshing your metadata. Let me know if the problem persists.

Edit March 7: Haven’t cleared cache or anything, just kept refreshing metadata and loads of patience… suddenly IMDb ratings are back after a couple of weeks…
@ddefauville - please clear your cache and try refreshing those films. I get IMDb ratings for every single one of them. If after a cache clear and refresh you still don’t get a rating, please provide your PMS and agent logs! Thanks!
