Strange EPG and Live TV not working on brand new PMS setup

I’ve scanned through UK Scanning Issue - Losing Channels but I can’t find the exact issue I’m facing, so I’ve opened a new topic. Since about a week ago, not sure exactly when, but possibly at the time of the June 2019 Freeview channel renaming (https://www.freeview.co.uk/service-updates/quest-home-dmax.html#ciMbHS8VGhyCzMbW.97), I am unable to tune Yesterday and get Dave instead. New EPG and release

@elan Is this new generic guide data which only provides program information and not episode information as we used to get intended? If not, when will episode data again be provided? Without episode descriptions the guide is mostly useless. Also, this release is pretty much as large of a disaster as the “December surprise” with many things not functioning and apparently a total lack of testing before release.

UK Freeview EPG

Since the DVR EPG changes a month or so ago I’ve not been able to get any programme info in the DVR EPG despite manual refreshes and recreating the DVR - I just seen ‘ITV programming’, etc. This means the DVR is useless in the UK as far as I can tell. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix or are seeing the same issue? It all used to work perfectly before the changes!
