I see no traces in the logs for a Plex Dance after you renamed your files/directories as suggested?
So, after renaming to like :
TV Shows/Steven Universe Future (2019) {tmdb-94280}/Season 01/Steven Universe Future (2019) S01E01 Little Homeschool.mp4
Did you then preform a Plex Dance ?
And if not, please do, and right after upload a new set of logs
