Synology DS-1019+ Will Not Download Metadata

I recently purchased a Synology server and transferred my media over from my WD MyCloud Mirror. I ran a scan of my media which populates all of the files contained in my libraries, however I was unable to get the metadata and posters to sync for the files that it finds.

I followed the troubleshooting steps here, stopping the service, clearing out the plugin cache, and restarting the service. I attempted to fix metadata by file, one at a time, to see if that could help things, but we still haven’t had any success so far. I tried Fixing Matches, and while it does know which movie it is, the process doesn’t seem to leave the file with any of the notable information.
