It’s the weekend. People usually don’t work on weekends.
You also don’t know in which timezone they are, maybe it’s night time right now where they are, maybe they are on vacation, maybe they do some rl stuff right now.
Give it time, I am sure they will reply when they are back at work.

Because he is not staff… or simply like many of us @Orko is not particularly great at diagnosing logs…
He simply asked you to provide the required info today so that when BigWheel or whoever else comes along they have the required information to hopefully help you.

I really wish I was better at diagnosing logs.
But I can say this.
I use Apple TV and I have 80TB of media.
Almost all of that media is Mkv.

There are no issues with Mkv and the Apple TV.

Had you provided the logs earlier rather than quoting random posts from clueless websites who obviously have no idea what they are talking about you may have already had your issue sorted.
I appreciate that English possibly isn’t your native language and things can be misinterpreted…but anyway I hope you get things sorted.
