It’s still not working for me using the latest open media vault version. Restarted server. Refreshed all TV metadata.

Thanks for keeping this thread as it’s intended.
For those of you still having issues with TVDB I have a workaround for now.
Go to your library with meta data issues.
click on the 3 dots, manage, edit.
Go to advance and change the Agent of the whole Library to Movie DB or something else.
I now have all artwork and information for TV programmes.
I saw the message in the sticky that mentions it should all be flowing now.
But Cover art still does not appear to be working for me, Tested on a Synology Nas, Linux Server and a Mac.
Do I need to delete any cache files, or is it just a case of waiting?
Apparently they still haven’t fixed cover art. So just a waiting game to use TVDB as the agent.
I will again ask everyone to be patient.
An announcement will be made when it’s believed that everything is resolved.
Until then, please give them the time to work through it and keep this thread clean and on topic.

I was looking at the discussion and they said as of 11/17/2019 we should see Metadata flowing in and I have re-added my entire library and not 1 Metadata has come through. Seems they should go back to v2 when things worked properly.
Is there another agent we can use that is reliable at the moment?
Some metadata is def working, it’s pulling show and episode info, actors etc. Only thing I’ve noticed not working for me is the posters for tv shows.
All I got now is Covers for Movies but nothing else for TV Shows
Movies are handled by TMDB.
This thread is for TheTVDB (television series).

I am new to Plex. Before plunking down my money on a PlexPass, I would like to ask if this sort of thing (no metadata) happens very often?
This is a rare event. TheTVDB folks are upgrading their metadata API.
It’s been extremely stable for a long time.

I have had Plex Pass since it was first offered and I don’t recall anything this major happening. Sometimes APIs change and it messes things up. It’ll all suss itself out soon. Don’t base Plex on this problem.

Posters are working for me on new show now 
@TrialMaster - can you clarify your situation more? I’m on fairly stock install of PMS Version 1.18.2.2029, and when I add a new show, or refresh metadata on an existing one, I still see what I saw earlier today - textual description data comes through, but posters and other artwork doesn’t. So, I’m wondering what if anything is special about your setup.
Good to know this is being worked on.
Still not work for me 
I’m running PMS 1.18.0.1944. Stock install like you. I was having same issue as you but it appears to have resolved itself.
