so, im sure it just me, but the metadata is loading great… my dvr functionality is messed up now…weird that I can only see what’s live and cant see the scheduled recordings any more. not sure what it is…just has to be a cooincedence…

Control Panel - Shared Folders - EDIT the Plex share - Permissions tab
Give yourself permission to R/W
Open File Station.
You can now see the Plex share

According to the release notes you will have to wait til Monday for the shield update.
Ok thanks , I’ve 300 shows and 0 posters for them and no metadata either hopefully this will fix it
Latest update (v1.18.2.2058) didn’t fix the issue here (binhex-plexpass Docker container on Unraid). Deleted the cache and started a full refresh. The SSL error is gone in the logs but has been replaced by another line:

None of the posters, season artwork or episode thumbnails are being downloaded. The full refresh was actually removing the posters I already had so I stopped the server to prevent it wiping all my posters out. Some artwork has been kept so hopefully it’s just a caching issue.

I was having a similar issue with two newer shows not updating posters etc whatever I did. I followed the advice above:
stopped service
deleted com.plexapp.agents.thetvdb under Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Caches
restarted server
refreshed metadata for the two shows with issues
resolved

Thanks @talonsco, but I’ve already done these steps several times, but episode thumbnails for this show are still not downloaded.
You might be running into the access denied issue with artwork on TVDB. Have you tried manually viewing the artwork on the site and see if it loads? I’ve been seeing instances where you can see the thumbnail version fine but if you try and view the full version it doesn’t work.
For example trying to open any of the season posters here -

I think you are on to something here as it relates to season posters. I tried to change a few season posters to ones different than the default and the result was a blank image/box. The ones that can be viewed full size on TVDB do pull in and update the season poster in Plex, the ones that return an error of “The requested content cannot be loaded” result in a blank poster in Plex.
