Thor (2011) is not matching.
I’m using the Plex Movie agent which has matched 7000 other movies without problem.
Screenshot below. I have already tried moving it out of the watched folder, scanning, emptying trash and then moving the file back but it still won’t match it automatically or manually.
Try again without arbitrary subfolders. Your path looks like there is some “collection” folder level inbetween.
Perform the Plex Dance – particularly when downloading or decompressing directly into the folder which is being “watched” by Plex.
The subfolders are a necessary part of my library and have not caused problems with any other titles.

Tried all steps given and tested without subfolders with no change.
Plex is able to see the file but is not able to match it despite the year and title being parsed correctly–
EDIT: it appears to be an error within the agent plugin as per the server log–
I cannot reproduce on my server.
Do you have an “internet filter” inbetween your server and the internet, which works with a white list (i.e. allowed servers) instead of a black list (forbidden servers)?
If you only switched to the modern metadata agent recently, it uses different servers in the plex cloud than the old agents.
So you might have to adapt your filter rules.
Another usual suspect is the DNS server. If your ISP is heavily filtering domains, or is lazy with updating the lists, you might be better off by using not your ISPs, but Google’s public DNS service 8.8.8.8
I was able to get it to match by changing the title to THOR (all caps). Very strange.
It is still in the depicted location as well.
