I have rebooted my server… Ok… This is strange. It is not showing Tidal as being linked at all… That makes no sense at all. Alright… Well. I just linked it (still can’t fathom why it unlinked itself), restarted my server, and now it works - for now… Though honestly… Why the heck isn’t there a My Liked tracks or similar section under My Tidal? Not just to rant and all about Tidal… but it has me missing the organization and integration of Spotify. Android Auto’s Tidal is buggy at best, and doesn’t even work half the time… There are very few platforms that even have a Tidal app (my smart tv does not), it does not detect my “devices”, and to top it all off, the reason I even have Tidal? For Hi-Fi/Master? The phone/desktop app resets itself sometimes to “normal” quality by default, forcing me to go into settings and put it back to master/Hi-Fi… and the other methods/apps don’t even appear to support HiFi (Looking at you HEOS)… Nothing but problems…
I am also having this issue after transferring my Tidal subscription over to Plex. I can no longer play non-preview Tidal tracks from the webapp, and apps like plexamp simply do not play Tidal tracks at all.
I’ve tried unlinking/relinking Tidal, restarting the server, no dice.

No. No it’s not. Still no Tidal through Plex on any Device.
Still no tidal… might come back in six months…
Here’s the fix that worked for me. 1. Log into Tidal.com 2. Click the three dots next to your name in the upper left-hand corner. 3. Choose Settings and make sure you’re on the account tab. 4. Make sure your email address (not username) is the same as your Plex email address. If not, update the email address in Tidal to match and then make sure it saves. 5. Unlink your tidal account from plex 6. Relink your Tidal account to plex (it now has the newly matched email address) and all my Plex apps and platforms are now working correctly with Tidal intergration. I hope this works for you.
