OK I did the full plex dance with the Brooklyn files and deleted the agent cache/restarted the server before rescanning the library files.
I’m confused what you did. Part of Plex Dance is to rescan your files. If you are doing a scan after, then I don’t think you are doing the dance right.
However, your logs appear like everything is working.

Everything looks like it should be working. The only other thing I can think is that there is something corrupted in your database, preventing the new data from being written. This won’t show in the logs.
