Media Missing. No Access To Media Library

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.31.1.6716 - NAS DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 3
Player Version#: Plex Web - General Version 4.87.2 just upgraded to 4.101.1 in an attempt to troubleshoot… No change

I just noticed all my media is missing from my Plex app and server. Unable to play or locate anything.

Everything was working fine and has been for a long time. Permissions are granted as per DSM 7 requirements.

My menu in the web player has the standard Plex icons and your media. When I select your media the following message is displayed with a Get Plex Media Server button below:

I can’t even see any way to add media. It’s like the server software isn’t installed even though I’m accessing it.

The most recent log files are Plex Crash Uploader.1.log - 5… Five crash files. I’m guessing that has something to do with it maybe…

I want to upload them but they contain my email address. Is there a secure way to share with Plex support?

I appreciate any help provided. Hopefully it’s not too hard to fix.
