In recent days, I can’t update my TV program metadata. Whether it’s a new TV program or an old one, clicking refresh manually on the web page won’t take effect. When I click refresh metadata, I can see that the upper right corner of the web page turns around and disappears quickly.

I downloaded the server log and saw the prompt message: metadataagentpostprocessor: failed to find agent for identifiertv.plex.agents.series.

I don’t know what caused it. In the year before that, this function was always normal.

Finally, this information is generated by my translation software, which may be a little rough to read, but it should not affect my understanding.

Thank you so much. I thought it was caused by updating the version of plex server, but it seems to be blocked by mysterious forces.
