I just updated to 1.0 and I have found the same problem on my Sony TV with the Opera Plex app. It is very annoying. Would be a nice option to be able to go back to version 0.9 .

Glad i’m not the only one with it and hope they will fix this issue. This app was one of the favorite on PS4 for me.

Confirmed, I have the same issue with PS4 if FF,or RW the sound desync (or maybe the image, I try several changes y the plex app but nothing change, even change down the original local to 2MB/s and the problem is there.
Any ideas?
Windows10 how server with i7 Intel 6700k 32 gb ram and network over 1GB/s working and tested. I have no problems in other devices, just the PS4

FYI: the versión of the server and Plex APP installed are the last versions.

Having the same issues, after resuming from pause the audio gets out of sync and is unwatchable until you start from the beginning.
Can confirm same issue after update.
Worked flawlessly before update, now I get audio several seconds out of sync.
An acknowledgement would be super, a fix even better.
I had this issue as well. I appear to have it working by using Plex Pass Updates. I’ve only watched a couple episodes and a movie, but was having the issue with everything before.
Plex Pass Only: In server settings, in the general tab, change Update Channel to Plex Pass (from Public). Then check for updates. This updated me to 1.01.2396 (I had the issue using 1.0.0.2261).
I’ve also heard downgrading to a previous release fixes the issue.
Hope this helps some. Hope Plex takes care of it entirely soon.
Two other threads seem to be reporting the same issue. No official answer from any Plex devs or mods, but others have confirmed what i was able to find. Setting it to AC3 worked there as well
Sounds like one of the new updates should resolve it (for plex pass users) and for the rest of us once its general release

yer guys. i subscribed Plex Pass paid my 4 bucks and then unsubcribed. problem fixed. I had to because my entire Plex media libary was unwatchable… small price to pay so i can watch my content. In the same token FU*K YOU PLEX.

I did some testing this morning and I could reproduce the issue with early releases of 1.0 PMS, it seems to be a PMS issue which has been resolved in the newer version, so please download the latest version of PMS from https://www.plex.tv/downloads/ and let us know if you are still having issues.

But happy to say that the latest PMS update fixed the audio sync issue!
Took WAAAAAYY too long for PLEX to get involved. Unacceptable.
But happy they finally did.
