You can uninstall and then re-install 1.19. The data is held safe during uninstallation. Be advised, Plex.tv will soon be changing the minimum supported PMS level to 1.15.2 (approx). If you use remote access, you’ll find it no longer works. Your Plex apps may also no longer work correctly as …

I am experiencing the same problem since updating to 1.20. I am on Windows 10 Pro fully updated as well. Been running on my Lenovo M720q tiny with intel 6c/12t with no issues for months until the update. I just turned the logs on so I can add them here tomorrow.
