hi noticed your message on plex forum regarding use with WD my home cloud. Diid you manage to sort the problem out regarding ‘add folder not available when creating library?’ I have the same problem.

This is not a bug. It is a restriction which was implemented at the request of Western Digital. So there is nothing to fix.

Thanks for the info regarding the restrictionon WD. So now you have confirmed that for me i am going to replace my WD my homecloud , I am thinking of purchasing a Terramaster, do you know if there are any restrictions on Terramaster regarding plex?
thinking of getting the latest F4-422
