You have your media in the Plex Data Folder.
That location is reserved for use by Plex Media Serve (as noted by the message in six languages saying, “Please do not place any media files here.”). Placing your media in that location will lead to system instability.
You must move your media files to another location (FYI, do not use the /video or other such media folders created by Synology, those are reserved for Synology apps).
