Same issue, running Nvidia shield with a dual Hauppauge tuner. Zip code is greyed out. Can we get some response from a Plex employee…even if it’s a “we don’t know yet”?
I saw that as well but hasn’t the maintenance time frame expired? I am still having the issue, will try again tomorrow.
Who developed that?!? What kind of bad engineering is this to stop the essential feature from working because some ULR providing some purely cosmetic feature is not accessible?!?! How many people have to complain for Plex to take notice and fix this?!?!?

Same problem here, I live in the USA and “continue” stays grayed out on any zip code I enter, even non-local ones. I’ve tried multiple browsers, computers and networks and made sure that ad-blockers and do not track requests were turned off just in case these were interfering.
EDIT: Oh, I’m a dummy. There’s this convenient little banner at the top of every page on this forum right now:

Go here for more info: DVR EPG Maintenance. Would be nice if this was also displayed as a notification on the PMS dashboard… Would probably help Plex staff avoid the spontaneous generation of angry mobs.

Has anyone figured out how to actually fix this problem, if not, then they will if everyone pulls their money out, and let them know, one, why, and two, there inattentiveness. It is a no brainer that this is exactly what we are paying for.
I do not know what you are talking about. I live in the United States, and the last time I looked, which was 5 seconds ago, I was in a supported country, so why does your system and country fail to accept my zip code, no mumbo jumbo, why does your system fail
Well, his post wasn’t meant for you; it was meant for those that live in regions that don’t have guide support from Plex. No need to be snippy.
Can you please post your PMS version? And what OS it’s installed on? Different people have this issue for different reasons, let’s see if we can’t narrow down the source of the problem you’re experiencing.
I finally got it to work by UN-installing the version that was on the server computer and then installing an update to the server software after. I forget which versions I went between. But it remembered all the other settings just fine.

Yea same here. 1.18.2.2058 and cannot continue as there is no postcode to enter.
Fighting with issue all day too - found out that my Pi-hole was blocking epg.provider.plex.tv.
RESOLVED by Adding epg.provider.plex.tv. to whitelist and all works now.

Same sort of issue for me, just tryed to reconfigure HDHomerun, havent used it in months.
EPG wasnt working, I saw the PLEX guide saying you have to delete and re-install homerun, thats done and seems to work fine through the homerun up but I seem to have the same issue as others in that I cant set this up as a DVR on Plex, it see’s HDHomerun, it also sees all the channels, but I cant move past the page that says its going to download and EPG as, while I can enter a UK postcode and it seems to start to scan (you get an orange spinning circle to the right of the postcode box for a nano second) but thats it. Nothing is found and the continue option stays greyed out.
Have any fixes worked for anyone?
What version of PMS do you have installed and on what OS?
I’m having the same issue not able to move pass entering zip code. My PMS version is 4.28.1 running on WD NAS. Please help! I just purchased the HDHomeRun specifically for this feature and I can’t even get it to work.
Is anyone successful getting this set up? I am a new plex pass lifetime subscriber, for this particular feature, and i cannot get past the Continue button.
