Same problem for me too. I had this setup about 12 months ago with no problems but I had to move my server. I just bought a hd homerun so I don’t need the tv aerial to reach my server for my old usb tv card and can now place the hd homerun anywhere. Plex as picked up the HR but when I get to the post code the continue button is grayed out, I just updated my plex to the latest version today too.

Same issue on the Shield. Get to the point where I enter a zip code and cannot click the Continue button.
It finally starting working again. I didn’t change anything.

How can I contact the Plex Support? I didn’t found an option to open a ticket on their website.

That’s a very old version of the Plex Media Server. For the new/updated EPG service (started last July), you will need at least version 1.16. The latest version is 1.18.4
Also bear in mind that with that old a version you will soon no longer be able to obtain TV artwork with a certain TV metadata agent. You’ll need at least 1.18.2:

any update on this? having the same problem. Located in Canada server version 1.18.9. From the log it looks like there is a request and a response but it just hangs.
I had the same problem. It doesn’t match on FULL POSTCODES. I am UK based my full postcode did not work. but using the first 3 characters did. For example
If your postcode is: SK99 7JU try SK99.
I am running Plex Media server on 2 other computers and never had an issue setting up the DVR. Now I’m trying on a new computer and having the same issue. Come on Plex, we all need an answer here. (plus I can’t run the tv app via chrome, it won’t let me log in, I have to use Edge.) (and I’ve tried setting up the DVR via Firefox, and it doesn’t even see the tuner—I have plugging my hair out!!!)
Newly signed up Plex Pass user specifically to use DVR on live TV. Running into this issue now for initial setup using a program guide in the US. Any updates on this? Based on searching:

No explanation or fix has been given other than “try again a few weels later” or “delete logs and restart” (which I tried)
This seems like a pretty basic function for any new paying Plex Pass user. Is there something I’m missing here?
Does anyone know or have a fix for this? Still having this issue where it does not show accept a US zipcode.
FWIW 4 hours after I posted this the zip code suddenly started working, with no changes on my side.
Its been this way for at least two days… Not sure what the issue is.

Same problem as everyone here…bought the plex pass for this…feel ripped off. Cant get past the zip code screen. Using homerun and running server off a NAS with latest server installed
(Windows 10) I had that zip code problem when I first set up the DVR, I don’t remember what version - as it was over a year ago, but the fix was I uninstalled and reinstalled the server software, and it then worked. I did not lose any settings.
Still no resolution here? I just paid and cant do live TV which is the #1 thing I am trying to setup
I uninstalled and same error.
