overnight red X and no outside access, and its not a router or isp problem, its a plex problem!
Its sad, so many ppl have to tell plex something is wrong, the stat page is a joke, 18/03 i spent hours tearing all my stuff apart and setting it all up again, and yes, it was remote fail at plex … just toke soooo many hours before it was on stat page.
Red X - but i can still connect my self, and i dont have relay on, connect from pure mobil data device, not wifi oc.
There was one thing that jumped out at me… Could this be IPv4 specific? I don’t have IPv6 working on my LAN but I noticed when you gave your lookup above you got an IPv6 response. I feel like this would be a lot more widespread if it was the case but maybe not? Just a penny or two I wanted to drop.
well it also doesnt make sense that when is says in red Not available outside your network. but leechers are getting in as indirect . mean its going on and off intermittedly

The florda server I’m streaming from is IPv4 only.

Maybe? I work around this stuff all the time but when it comes to routing I really don’t fully grasp it so I really don’t know. I tell the smart people if the link light is on and the IP address is configured and let them have fun

Same here… Plex Remote Access Check is failing on my side (Austria) but remote streaming (directly to my public IP) seems to be working… however. If I try to reach my server from outside all is working as expected.

jo, is it only the access check that is failing?
For example if you use ios/android app on cellular data or not on your network can you access just as expected?
Plex.tv does not respond to ping requests.
last observation . although remote access is red and unavailable. i can still connect with my cell phone . once i reset customization and also my port is still open. hope that helps

Out of curiosity… it looks like you reset a couple people’s connections. Are they working correctly now? Is it possible that something did happen but is no longer broken and everyone still having the issue is only related to their servers hammering away with the plex servers blocking them?
It seems like everyone that is having this issue had it start many hours ago but I could be wrong. I am not familiar with how your systems handle requests, etc, so I may be way off base… but it’s just something I was thinking of.

Yes, Manual connections (by IP address) should be fine.
The authentication services are running OK.
