Help: Not Available Outside Your Network

I am setting up my server for the first time, I have paid for remote streaming. But I cannot get the server to stream. I have read the help articles but I do not understand how to port forward. I have att internet. And the server is allowed through the windows firewall.

Server Version#:v.1.42.2.10156-f737b826c
Player Version#:
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

You will have to login to your Router.

Then Go to WAN services.

To set up Table it will look something like .

Thanks for responding. I do not have anything like WAN services. I have this when I go on my router.

What model WiFi gateway

Gateway model is BGW210-700

Ok.

Device is your Server LAN IP

Thank you. My settings now resemble yours. I tried retrying the connection with the manual port forwarding and it was available for a couple seconds until it went back to saying it is no longer available.

So can you show me what happening here

Yes

So you used Retry I am guessing?

Okay, I have family home right now using the internet so I will reset tomorrow when they are away. I will update when I do!

I just checked, your ISP uses Carrier Grade NAT, you will need to ring support and ask them if you can Opt out of CG-NAT. If not, you may have to pay a fee every month for a Fixed IP. Normally $10.

Also do you have two Routers on the line to your server. If so you will need to Look at your NAT settings on the second.

Cheers for now

Where did you see that?

I have AT&T Fiber. There is no CG-NAT with my service.

A quick search

See this post for port forwarding with a BGW320-500: Changed ISP - No Remote Access with AT&T BGW 320-500 - #3 by FordGuy61

The 210-700 is probably very similar.
