I’m in MN and deleted my DVR and it’s stuck at “finding the best guide” step. Hasn’t moved in hours so now I have no Live TV OR DVR in Plex. Fortunately I still have the Channels app. It’s ugly, but at least it works.
Try restarting your server if you haven’t already. If that doesn’t work try a nearby zip code and report the one you had trouble with.
I’ll try restarting ASAP. I have tried several in my area with no success. I am in 55106.

Ha, yes! That was fast. The only one I would still quibble about is “Cozi.” It’s the only one now that fades into the grey. THANKS.

Mine says it’s The Vicar of Dibley but Digiguide (and the BBC website) says it’s Celebrity Mastermind.
That’s more concerning, because I - and @meherenow are using Scottish postcodes. This afternoon though the guide correctly showed that it was the Scottish Coronavirus briefing (which I assume was only broadcast in Scotland) - although the picture in the guide showed Boris Johnson…
Hi, can we expect an addition of other countries in near future? I use live tv/dvr in the Czech Republic and it will be much easier without web scraping a tv guide.
You are cutting it way to close! I live in Mississauga Ontario Canada, and my postal code doesn’t work nor do any of they others I’ve tried near-by or several(ANY) from Toronto, Oakville and Hamilton (I’ve tried)… …Non have worked so far. I’ve tried caps or not, space or not (ie “L5A 3Y5” “l5a3y5” etc.) to no avail!
Will we have something working when “new tv content ” comes OTA in VERY early 2021? (NOT just Canada but every country/region?)
Just tried the zip code you listed: L5A3Y5 and I get the Continue button enabled for me.
I didn’t the first time when I forgot to change the Country selection on the first DVR Setup screen after selecting the tuner device, left it set to USA and continue button would not enable.
When will this support added?
We’re getting close to year-end without anything moving or any news on the progress.

I’m trying to set up my Live TV and it won’t find my postal code (K1Y1C9) to set up the guide.
Others have shown, and I also used, a different postal code (L5A3Y5) which picks up only some of the OTA channels. But the old guide picked up all my OTA channels. Very frustrating!
Any advice on fixing this?

I have done the change and it worked fine EXCEPT that I am missing a lot of channels for SPAIN.
The list is quite reduced compared to previous one and also previous gracenote from long time ago. I have tried different lists and different postal codes but channels are missing in all of the lists.
Something I can do? something in the pipeline to fill gaps?
