Why are we not getting any updates from Plex any more?

We haven’t got any updates on progress of the issues raised.
Neither did we get any status updates on rolling out the new EPG data in the countries that would be included in the 2e wave, as per your announcement. Today, Jan. 25th, my guide is still empty (new setup) although i can select the provider without any problems when creating the DVR, but the guide data remains empty.
Have we got any one looking at the EPG for the UK - ITV hasn’t got any shows for next Monday so now means we’re less than 7 days worth of EPG.
Might the fact that Gracenote also seems to be having quality issues point to the problem being with the Plex display of the EPG guide and not the data?
What is your postal code and lineup name? I suspect “Local Broadcast (xxx)”

I’ve been a Plex Pass user for several years, and got my 65 year old parents to buy it as well when I finally convinced them it was time to get off Windows 7 and their beloved Windows Media Center. Now I hear from them, in their polite midwestern way, “oh sha256… don’t want to bother you, but the plex hasn’t let us watch TV for a few weeks now?”
So, I spent this evening doing a screenshare to their 1 Mb/s home internet, discovering that all this DVR stuff was happening (as much as I love plex I don’t own a TV tuner card or use that aspect). Can anyone please let me know if there was a proper announcement and email sent out to plex users alerting us that it was a requirement, mandatory, to delete DVRs set up before January 2021 and then remake them again from scratch? I get the plex newsletter and I’m pretty sure I didn’t see anything about that? But I could be wrong.

Local broadcast and UK postcode is SO15. Others have reported same issue so suspect it’s not the region I’m in

Channel 5 HD - Neighbours appears to have reverted to using original Australian broadcast dates (December) rather than the Channel 5 first broadcast dates (Jan). @sa2000 can this be fixed?
Now, for Portugal no Postal code is working, so I cannot get a guide, not a great improvement because before I could get a guide but was empty 
It’s incredible Plex developers cannot get this fixed
