sorry, no.
@Cire12 I don’t know what you mean with a link to an actual lineup.
Perhaps this helps:
Lista de Canais Tv - Vodafone Portugal
or this one from another operator:
Programação - SAPO Mag
@cire12 Perhaps this is what you mean with lineup:
Vodafone TV Net Voz (224 channels)
Still with the “Unknown Airing” on the web guide, so can’t record.
Tonight, BBC 2 HD, 2 programmes missing, 20:00 - 21:15, Freeview Central Scotland (can’t remember the exact one I chose, and there seems to be no way of getting this info from the settings).
In the 18 months or so I’ve persevered with Plex I’ve came to the conclusion that nobody really gives two hoots about fixing fundamental problems.
They are too busy trying to monetise some new “feature” instead of making the core product work properly.
As for us mugs that attempt to trust the DVR service, well they’ve got our cash haven’t they!
You have also recive a Ticket from me, but i‘never recive an answer
Why are you providing them with the channel lineup for your TV set-top box, you need to provide the list for the channels you get without the tv box.
Are you using the ‘HD Channels Only’ filter? I reported this a while ago and still doesn’t appear to have been fixed or even acknowledged.
If you scroll down to BBC 2 HD without applying the filter it is correct!! (On my guide anyway)
Still loads of channels listed in the filter that are not HD too… again reported and not acknowledged.
same for me.
Unknown airing on BBC2 HD with the HD filter, works fine without the filter…
Without filter:

Is the Portuguese EPG fixed?
Because I deleted my Guide around the begining of January and still can’t populate it…
I’ve noticed that the EPG for Paramount Network is completely wrong as in wrong time and program. Do I need to submit a new request?
Filled again. You have all spanish customers without EPG at all!
Thanks for the clarification. Can you please tell us which kind of info do you need?
So probably we can give them to you.
Thanks
How to report missing guide data for all channels in a line up.
I believe users in Portugal and Belgium are having this issue that we can select a line up, but don’t get any guide data, which obviously isn’t a server / DVR setup issue as testing with a provider in the Netherlands works as should be.
Still have this problem, if I set both the SD and HD versions of a channel to show, the program listing appears in both channels. However, if I select only the HD channels, sometimes the program is missing.
It would be really great to have some of these problems actually fixed
This is exactly my problem. I select the EPG source, it seems to download the information but it does not populate the EPG…
SPAIN 75% CHANNEL MISSING!!!
Hello again,
we went from more than 200 channel in previous version to only 35-40 depending of postal code used? Where is the rest? Now there is only source to select from and in all cases most channels are not present.
This is a disastrous update, what is going on? How come every EPG update is worse than the previous one?` Very disappointed as I deleted previous tuner and cant now use most channels with plex
WE NEED AN URGENT CORRECTION.
Thanks a lot
regards
Yes, spaniards have been left in a corner with the “update we’ve been waiting for”… what an irony, one month without being able to use LiveTV on Plex and counting. Let’s see how much we will “be waiting for” a working update.
And plex devs are completely ignoring us, not a single answer, not anyone saying they are working on it, just a sad Google form which nobody at plex seems to be seeing and is seems is just a firewall to delay important things because they are working on niche products like Plex Arcade games because that is more profitable than keeping happy their current customers… for god’ sake, who on earth is willing to pay an extra 2,5€/mo to play their own ARCADE games!?! There is a thing called MAME and Steam Remote Play which does the same for free!! (and works on Linux!)
Cheers, that workaround does the job.
But, jeezo, yet another nuisance from Plex. It’s just a PITA having to scroll down every time I change the date for a flick through guide.
As I said before, they are too busy ignoring us and coming up with new, next to useless, ways to monetise their overblown and bloated product!
Does this mean that we do not need to have an Ice TV subscription anymore in Australia?
Thanks
