I agree totally.
It’s ridiculous how Plex just ignore people that pay their products.
It’s really incredible.
Wow, I just skimmed through this humongous thread because I have a similar Issue.
So I would like to summarize all this a bit:
PLEX - watch TV - the wrong way.

Another day without anyone bothering with updates! Does Plex have a proper support channel or is it all just hit and hope like this thread.
Just logged an issue via the form for Food Network Channel (UK) - Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Affects tonight and next weeks new episodes, probably the weeks after too.
New episodes are airing tonight (5th) at 10pm and 10.30pm… These are missing the ‘new’ tag. The same issue next week with the added bonus of incorrect episode numbers. Should be 3 and 4 next Friday (12th). Currently shows 2 and 3.

I’m in the UK, Plex DVR deleted and re-setup a few weeks ago and seemed to be working fine but then the prog guide stopped updating. I deleted the DVR again but now can’t complete the setup as continue button doesn’t enable after entering postcode. I’m guessing this is why the pg wasnt updating. This bug is reported at the top of this thread and looked to be fixed but think it has reappeared.
Server Version 1.21.1.3830.
It should be fine. I’m in the UK (OX25) and can see 13 days out.
Try the latest PMS v1.21.2.3943
OK, it’s all working now. Thank you.
Country: UK
Postcode: GU34
Incorrect episode number for Friends tomorrow at 11:55. It is showing S4 - E23 which was on today. It should be S4 - E24. As a result it is currently not scheduled to record in Plex. I am going to have to temporarily move the episode recorded today just to get it to record ![]()
@JCHH What does it say in NextPVR. Is this isolated to Plex or a Gracenote issue?
It’s a Gracenote problem. However Plex are not responding to any EPG errors so will report this through SD - although unlikely to get fixed in time.

It’s great that Australia is back on the list but is there anyone else that live in Northern Territory?
The postcode accepts 2000, 3000 and 6000 but won’t accept 0800, 0820, 0830. I tried 8000 and 08000 with no success - seems Darwin isn’t the place to be…
I’m hoping it’s just a small error given the postcode starts with 0 but any help would be great.
Hey, having the same issue with Darwin postcodes not accepted. Did you manage to get this working?
I tried 0830, 0800, 0820 and even tried 08000, 8000 but no luck…
When is NZ going to be supported again?
Greetings Plex. I believe I have identified an issue where an incorrect EPG will not be corrected until the Plex Media Server service is restarted. Can you confirm?
I have just experienced the same result; restarting the server corrected the episode lengths in the guide.
Did you try refreshing the guide before trying the server restart?

Yes. Manually refreshing the guide did not correct the EPG information.
I’ve tried to delete the DVR, restart the server, add the DVR again, hoever when I’ve to select the listing everything seems fine (as in the picture here)
While when I go to the Live TV I still find different channels (actualy they are not even in italian)
LiveTV

I really have no idea about how to solve this and the worst stuff is that till few update ago everything were perfect…
Live TV is not the same as Live TV & DVR, after you create the DVR you need to add it back to the sidebar. This happens if you have changed from auto to manual for layout configuration.

Dear Tiberius, thanks a lot! I think that one of the last update changed that option and I didn’t realize it. If you think that there is a problem, between “TV and DVR” and “LiveTV” there is really few differences!
Thanks,
