I’ve also noted with the online Web App that when Browsing movies by AirDate, the line underneath the poster showing the air date is now missing. After some fiddling around, I found that it can be restored by selecting to sort by AirDate option again, but it will go missing again sometimes (for instance if browsing Shows and then returning to Movies again). The problem seems to be related the “beginsAt” missing from the end of the browser address.
I noticed today that some of the darker channel logos for Freeview have been updated and are now legible (E4, E4 +1 and Smithsonian Channel), as such I have updated my post above, but I also noticed the channel 085 Hochanda has rebranded to become Craft Store TV.
According to Freeview the channel 085 rename (along with a few other minor changes) occurred on the 1st April - I know it’s only a Craft / Shopping channel but as Hochanda was present previously could we have the listing back please?

I have had a response from Gracenote concerning Rega Sense . It appears that they have a threshold for picking up providers - depending on number of households covered and for this reason Rega Sense does not fit the crieria for inclusion
I have already raised a feature request for Plex Media Server to provide an option to match channels on callsign instead of channel numbers - that would then allow use of the national lineups which appear to be alpha sorted on channel titles and so channel number would not be fixed
General EPG question: On average, once a new channel is released nationally, how long does it take for Gracenote to get it in the guide? I have a new channel that was released April 5th, 2021 and is not in the guide.
It’s is also not small by any means. It is carried by 166 stations and covers 63% of the USA:

I’m still waiting on a new channel that launched on 15th Feb (on Freeview in the UK).

@Claret I think we are waiting for two channels on Freeview, it was three, but it’s taken so long that one of the channels has now ceased

Hello, i am not sure if the issue I am having is related to this. I get a good guide meta data wise but all of the images are missing. When I click ‘Enhanced Guide’ in the DVR settings and look in my Plex log I see thousands of entries that say 'EPG[xmltv]: Failed to retrieve universal details for ‘XXXXXX’ movie. When I go to ‘What’s On’ tab in Live TV all the media entries have no icon/image. Is this related?
There is another thread for this but it’s had no response. Can someone from Plex please acknowledge the last 2 bullet points are an issue and provide an update on whether they are being investigated?

Are any of my fellow UK Freeview Plexers seeing issues with the New status of certain programs on Channel 4 and their associated channels? For example:
- E4: Tonight. 9/5 at 20:00 - Batwoman S2 E4
- Channel 4: Thursday. 13/5 at 21:00 - Taskmaster S11 E9
- E4: Sunday. 16/5 at 20:00 - Batwoman S2 E5
- Channel 4: Thursday. 20/5 at 21:00 - Taskmaster S11 E10
I reported the issue with Batwoman using the online form last weekend - I can’t remember if it was before the showing of S2 E3 or after - and it still doesn’t appear to be fixed (having manually refreshed the guide yesterday and today), and I’ve just reported the issue with Taskmaster tonight - as previous episodes were correct (S11 E8, S11 E7 and S11 E6 for example).
The Freeview guide does show them as New.

Cheers - odd that last night at 20:00 and next Sunday at the same time would be a different programme on E4.
I checked my recording and it does seem to be Batwomen - although I am missing an episode from Series 1 so can’t watch it yet 
I’ve also just double checked the Freeview guide and it shows the following for last night to me:
Teen First Dates is then listed as starting S1 E1 tonight (10/5) at 19:35, with E2 tomorrow (11/5), E3 Wednesday (12/5), etc… so I’m not sure why that would have been listed last night.
Right I can see the problem here: you wrote “Tonight” yesterday, but I was reading “tonight” as today - and I can’t check for E4 last night anymore on Plex.
Freeview does show Batwoman on E4 last night.
