Do you mean you were able to manually download the updated guide and how did you do it?
No. Not the guide. I download the episodes I wanted to record
Okey, so year has passed already, and the situation is still the same for Finland lineups.
Even checked the DNA lineups too, same thing as with Telia’s.
This is unacceptable.
The “Unknown Airing” is because there is a gap in our schedule,
I have referred this to our data ingestion team to investigate
I have not had any further feedback from Gracenote
Could you explore xmltv and see if there is a possibility for you to get schedules that way
I have troubles sometimes with my guide, and it is persistent. Despite manually refreshing, and server restart, the unknown airing never updates. Is there a way to force it? I even delete my HDHomerun device and reinstall but it didn’t help either.
Unknown Airings are caused by gaps in the schedule
If a full EPG refresh does not resolve it then it is either an issue with our ingestion of the gracenote data, or a gap in the gracenote schedule or the station itself.
To check out, would need: country, zip code, lineup/guide name selected in setup, channel number/channel name, date/time of the unknown airings. I would not be able to check out previous schedules - so would need to be for airings scheduled over the next few days

It looks like the issues with HD channels listing shows as SD is starting to creep into other Channels here in the UK - and not just the Channel 4 based channels 
For example:
Channel 101 BBC HD: Dolittle - Friday 24/12 at 16:30 shows as SD:
The films just before it: Frozen (at 13:30) and Abominable (at 15:00) are listed correctly as HD.

I’ve opened a support case at least a week ago to have WCAX’s ATSC subchannel, 3NN (3.6) guide data be fixed. It’s currently pegged to the CBS feed on 3.1, which is not correct. I haven’t heard anything back from Plex after filling out the form, either.
Did I not follow the process, or does it typically take considerable amount of time to get a response?

And this is exactly my problem and annoyance, I invested money and bought a life subscription from plex; Now they have changed the provider and he says my region is too small to create an EPG. Eat or die, they say with us to it I find it an impertinence since I am just as a paying customer as everyone else.
If you or plex can tell me where I can get the XML file from I would be happy.
