A quick update for everybody here. “Record by Team” should land by tomorrow, trigger a manual guide refresh to check and see if you have it then.
We’ll also be resolving an issue related to imagery. While many of you noted a significant improvement in poster coverage and quality, curiously we were missing posters for some of TVs most popular series. Expect that to be resolved by tomorrow as well (post refresh).
In midlands UK; LE2. The channel icons for itv1 and channel 4 are nearly impossible to see (and don’t have HD indication on the image). Just wanted to know if this is expected or something specific to my setup?

I know the New Tag was mentioned in the release notes, and I’ve reported it using the form but Gogglebox is set to record new programs only but for some reason older version are marked as New and are set to record. For information, only episodes on at 9am on a Friday are new, everything else is a repeat. Any ETA on this fix?!
It baffles me why this has been released with issues. You did that last time and spent 18 months firefighting, how can we have confidence that this is not going to happen again? Some of this is basic testing that seems to have been missed
Yes. Just HD 3 & 4 for me too.
I can’t remember what the exact definition of NEW is, but I think I remember reading that it is when it is a premier for the channel it is being shown on? Is this the first time those episodes of Gogglebox have been shown of E4?
Either way it never affects me as I always ‘limit to channel’ to ensure it only ever records C4HD.
It’s simple. We got to the point where we decided that the current state of Gracenote (implementation ongoing) was superior to the existing TiVo product, so why hold back? Additionally we had to be off of TiVo by the end of the year. Yes things like improper (light/dark) icons are annoying, but better series sequencing was easily our #1 issue and that’s vastly improved.

There seams to be some kind of bug with PlexWeb, when adding DVR from new (as recommended).
When I go trough the wizard, using the pre-selected values (Cable and Denmark) and enter the Zip code 6000. Selecting the guide Denmark National (OTT) (250 channels). I get an error displayed when saving.
There was a problem saving your DVR. Please try again.
When I look in the Google Chome / Firefox DevTools, I can see - that the request returns a 400 (Bad request). It looks like the selected channel ID’s aren’t included in the request (should include 16 channels) ?

Any chance there will be an option to record “All Episodes” of a specific season of a normal show?
So far the Gracenote implementation is going fairly well, but there seems to be an issue trying to search. On Android mobile, searches simply don’t work. In the web app, you have to select all sources to get a match. The “Live TV” filter doesn’t return any results.
Plex, are you aware of this issue? Anyone else seeing the same thing?
As far as searching from web client, I’m pretty sure this has been an ongoing issue. I’ve at least had that problem as long as I can remember.

Hmmm, wonder why I don’t get results on mobile. You get results when you select the Live TV & DVR filter?
No matter how I try to search on mobile, I’m getting results. On the web, I can get results for live TV and DVR only if I hit ENTER after typing my search term. The instant search results do not populate.
Does that make sense?
I have reported this in other threads.
For me I have to start typing my search query, delete it, and then type it again. Only then do I get search results within Live TV.

Ok odd. With TiVo that issue didn’t happen but now does with Gracenote. Anyway, good to know I can limit. Shame that if I miss the recording because of a conflict it won’t then record on +1 channel because it’s limited to one specific channel though. But a small case use I guess!
