Not for me #1 issue was being able to record a whole film. Its actually worse now, there were a few channels that tivo had fixed and the whole film was recordable - not now
I know there are work arounds but I want to simply be able to click the movie to record and go as I do with my freeview box

Whilst that is commendable, I do feel obliged to point out that this was first reported in June 2019 and has never been taken seriously up to now, Very disappointing response as I felt previously it had been dismissed as a minor gripe that we could work around.

Man, take a deep breath, do you hope it’s going to get better? Report your issues and drop the narcissism.
This is looking promising and you wish to chastise an effort that is well documented to rectify. When your stuck in a contract, Plex were frosted out of a solution in quick time. Yes it was a huge misstep, but just lay off the continued abrasion. We all understand the last year or so of problems,
It’s time to move on to a positive front.

Since I’ve reported the issue I’ve paid two annual subscriptions and never had a fix promised. The issue seemed a surprise on this rollout so clearly it was ignored and not checked as part of the switch. Currently, I can’t upgrade from version 1.19 because 3 months ago, a version rollout broke use of my tuner on Plex. So you know what, I’ll post how I like and if you don’t like it, jog on to the next post.

Really, do you have any knowledge of contractual compliance. This is totally void from your argument.
I agree it was a terrible experience previously. Lets just get on with it now.

Yeh, ok, lets’ get on with so I’ll ask two questions - when will this issue get fixed, when will the Hauppage tuner issue get fixed. I will keep on asking as well.

I’ve scanned this thread and this is the first mention I have seen about a tuner issue.

I’ve updated to the new Gracenote data now, but I can no longer see “Movies on Later” (or Movies on now) in the What’s On section on the Live TV & DVR section - have these been removed?

Thanks - that’s really helpful @Bazrat. I can’t see the option to ‘Browse’ on the Chrome version of Plex (only the first x3 menus on your screenshot), but I can see it on the Android app, so that’s a good start! Hopefully this option will reappear in its original setting soon (or an alternative easy-to-access location), as I’m sure many of us use Plex to browse and record films.
That’s a bit strange as I am using Chrome! Are you on the latest release (Version 1.21.1.3759)?
