I have asked Gracenote to add whatever is available to them from the provider - in terms of channels with schedules.
Sa2000 they suck then, they put the 6 other channels on 47. wave… They are dumb and lazy.
I can see that Local Broadcast Listings lineup for Chicago zip code is including both channels
I would expect it to work if you change the channel mapping in DVR setup - selecting the enabled channels link

Either way - a channel number change would need manual adjustment to the channel matching.
Yes, that content is no longer available on 66.2. I just did a rescan to verify.

Lineup Issue:
- Resolution of program listed as 480 despite being a HD broadcast (so not being caught by the HD filter for DVR)
- The lineup name: Bell Fibe TV (1088 channels)

I have; and it is HD, and recordings that are made from it are also HD, despite what the guide info says

Maybe there are different definitions of HD or it’s mixed broadcasting.
In my case channel 403 should be HD the sign on the right is missing and live-tv shows at the moment 576p.

Anyway i just noticed in live-tv:
Channel 402 needs transcoding in Chrome, but works without transcoding in Plex for Windows Client. Original 576p / MP2 Stereo Audio
Channel 403 works without transcoding in Chrome and Plex for Windows Client also Original 576p / AC3 audio

PS: Plex for Android shows DirectPlay…
402 is MPEG2VIDEO / MP2 Stereo / 544x576 (PAL)

I can see that the EPG schedule does not have the HD Resolution set for the airings on the channel. The channel is HD but the airings should also give us a resolution and the HD resolution is not set for these airings
I will refer this to Gracenote - there should be no impact unless you have the DVR setting as Only HD

It’s just the channel name “403 CNBC HD” that suggests that.
But i think only channel 101-294 is safe HD but partly encrypted, the upper Channels 300+ are pretty mixed resolution.
As far as I’ve heard, our (international) channels come via satellite and are fed directly into the cable network, maybe that’s where the name comes from. If the international source is NTSC, it must be converted to PAL by the provider beforehand, but the name remains.
Confirmed that the listing is incorrect, the listing recorded, and as expected was in HD
This was exactly what led me to find this issue; I had it set to HD only and couldn’t figure out why certain games weren’t being included in the DVR schedule
Hi there – our Fox station here in the Palm Springs area is not getting an HD feed listed in the guide. I have rescanned and readded multiple times. This is for Local Broadcast stations in the 92270 zip code. I’ve tried the other zip codes in my area and they also do not show the station properly. Server: 1.31.0.6654
The station is 39.1 – Fox HDTV. 39.2 and 39.3 both show up as substations and are viewable in Plex. Just not 39.1, even though it’s on the same transponder. Alternatively, you should be able to view the Fox HDTV station on 2.1 but it also does not appear as an option.
I use a HD HomeRun for Plex and both channels appear with 100% signal and symbol quality when using the HD HomeRun software or watching the stations directly on the television. Only Plex has no way to display either station.
Here are snapshots of the HDHomeRun tool showing channel 39.1 and 39.2 on the same transponder.
And here is Plex not showing 39.1. It doesn’t show up even after rescanning.
Please let me know if you need any more information from me and thanks in advance for providing a fix for this.
Could you capture the channel stream and confirm it is broadcasting airings in HD ? If it is not, then it would be wrong to ask gracemote to look into marking it as HD
As i said before this is the effektive resolution i get, also with VLC Player.
On my Fritzbox are 3 internal Channel Lists: SD / HD / Radio:
SD contains Bloomberg
HD contains CNBC HD
This has been referred to Gracenote
The channel is on vcn’s 1384 and 1400 in the latest lineup for Bell Fibe TV
