No change yet - program guide and channel description still missing for Channel 12.6 Circle in Binghamton, NY 13901 or nearby 13760
The ones that were missing thumbnails are now all showing fine, but I’ve found a pattern in it.
If I do the following:
- Go to Live TV > Browse
- Select the Shows > By Name view
- Scroll down to a show and select the Record option from the menu
- Schedule it to record
It appears in Recording Priority with a thumbnail as expected.
If instead I
- Search for the show name in the global search
- Click on the show in the Live TV (Tuner) section like this
- Schedule the recording
It appears in the Recording Priority with no thumbnail., but this appears some time later.
This only appears to be happening in Chrome (Safari is fine) when accessing via app.plex.tv, not when accessing it directly it is fine and mobile apps are also fine.
I am seeing this in the Chrome Developer Tools which looks related:

This was after recreating the Columbo recording via the search as above and losing the thumbnail That blocked URL appears to be missing poster. It looks like it is trying to use the internal IP address and this is being blocked by Chrome.
I can’t get the full logs now (I can recreate this later and get them).

still no updates… Eugene showing the wrong channels and newer ones not list at all. Does it really take years for Gracenote to update?
The previous response was that these were out of scope for their database. They had mentioned before that they are no longer adding low power stations.
I have asked Gracenote for the latest status on these two sets of channels:
K06QR-D (41.x) and K03IM-D (3.x)
Gracenote have responded re-stating their original responses that the channels from K06QR-D (41.x) and K03IM-D (3.x) are out of scope and are not going to be added to their database - at this time,
I am sorry. I do not know if it is because they are deemed low power stations but this is their final response
I’m not seeing the correct epg for the xfinity market I’m in. I should see the Xfinity - Brooklyn guide data for my zip code of 49249 but it will only show 3 stations having a match. If I change the zip code to 49201 (Xfinity - Jackson) the 3 stations will not show up with a match
if I try and add the second list it does not populate anything. I’m wondering if there are too many in the list as there would be over 1600 in the list at that point.

I managed to get a list for 49201 using Xfinity TV Local Channel Line-up and entering this for the street/zip code search 341 EDWARD JACKSON MI 49201
But i tried several street addresses for 49249 Jerome, MI and none found a supported lineup

It is what Gracenote are saying - that at this moment in time they do not have these specific stations transmitted channels and at this time they will not get added to their database
Previously they have stated that they are no longer adding low powered stations to their database and will look into each specific request and make a decision as to whether it gets added or not
Can someone please guide me on this intermittent issue i’ve been having with the guide that I posted about nearly a month ago with as much information as I could demonstrating the issue?

I dont have BBC One HD either, it shows in the EPG, has no logo and when you try to view it i get a “cannot tune” error. This is having an effect on my recordings too as they fail and it wont record the SD channel (which does work).
I’ve tried everything from deleting the DVR, deleting the tv database even and going through the retune process, Selecting freeview etc. Nothing works and very frustrating.
