Looking at your log you didn’t Plex Dance the files correctly. You might have missed a step or something.
Your scanner log shows that no changes were found so it didn’t bother rechecking.
I did see in your TVDB logs where it tried to match 30 Rock, but it’s reusing the old cached information it had before instead of grabbing new info, so another sign that you did not perform the dance properly.

You didn’t mention the step of rescanning your library. That is a necessary step. At this point, if you have no data, it might be easier to delete the library and start over.
