@sa2000 I filled out the form. I technically live in the Philadelphia OTA market but the area i live in in Delaware is a sweet spot where we receive both Philadelphia and Baltimore channels. I don’t get any Baltimore guide data from the Philadelphia lineup and some Baltimore channels that I pick up have the same channel numbers as Philadelphia channels that I can’t pick up so I just get completely incorrect guide data for those. In a previous version of PMS the lineup I had gave me correct data for all the channels I could pick up. Since the update to the new program guide Philadelphia and Baltimore are separate and mutually exclusive lineups. We need a lineup that combines Philadelphia and Baltimore channels. I hope this can get rectified soon. Thanks!
What I can do is get your zip code added to the Baltimore area so you would have a choice of either Baltimore lineup or Philadelphia
I have arranged for channels to overlap between regions but if the channel numbers are the same but for different channels then that will not be possible
@sa2000 I’d be losing a lot of programming if I had to chose one or the other. What about having the channels overlap between the two regions where the channel numbers are not the same?
Channels 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 all exist in Philadelphia and Baltimore. I can’t pick up the Philadelphia channels for these but I can also live without having those Baltimore channels in my lineup.
But channels 11.1, 11.2, 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 54.1, 54.2, 54.3 and 54.5 are unique to Baltimore and I pick them up. Can those channels be added to the Philadelphia lineup?
Pittsburgh Verizon FiOS lineup is missing channels too; like 780 Disney HD–which is completely unacceptable.
The loss of the channel could be the issue mentioned here New EPG and release - #917 by sa2000

Yes it is the same issue as the one I linked to. We are testing out the revised process for updating our guide data before making it available to the live service That channel together with a few others on your lineup do appear in the development environment
For Disney channel, you could see if channel 250 or 1729 give you the SD equivalent channel whilst the HD channel on 780 is unavailable
I filled out the form last week but the spreadsheet hasn’t been updated so not sure if you guys got the bug report.

Yes - I have been busy… I will suggest to our provider that we do that

I’ve tried different zip codes and currently using a zip in-between Rochester and Syracuse. I am running Version 1.18.0.1944, and filled out the form about a week ago.
