@plex: I found a major issue: you either need to use all supported countries, or all XML EPG. Mixing would be so much better!

Are they all ATSC? It’s possible Plex can separate between sources (ATSC vs. Cable) but can’t separate multiple ATSC lineups. Maybe Plex assumes that since you can’t be in two geographical regions, you wouldn’t have two different ATSC lineups, so all 5.1’s are combined. I’m just tossing out a guess…

Mine are all OTA related however, the purpose of adding multiple tuners is to allow for different geographical locations. I brought this up over a week ago and the person that is working on it… I hope, is not responding. Which leads me to believe either he’s working on it or is in Fiji sipping mojitos🤷‍♂️. Rolling back your server is the only fix.
