@PR Yep, this is correct, it seems the new EPG cannot see New in the guide and the DVR fails big time, so you have to go with old and new episodes together, which entails having doubled up episodes on the drive to!!

Thank you - You are absolutely right and Irish stations RTE1 and RTE2 are available for manual selection when matching in the Freeview OTA Broadcast lineups for Northern Ireland, Scotland, North West and also in the Wales lineup.

It might not be an error. It has no impact as they would only be selected if the tuner listed the channels
Yes - the data from the forms provided plus feedback I have already given, will be used to get the errors with the channel lineups corrected in time
Yes you got my apology and second time here. The RTE channels are in the Scottish, Welsh. Northern Ireland and North West regional lineups. I presume they may get picked up
Iām confusedā¦ Iām in the US and use OTA channels for my guide. My server is running 1.16.0.1226 on macOS and says itās up to dateā¦ also itās working fine. How are others getting the new version which I am certainly going to wait to the last minute to install (assuming that I will get nothing if I donāt)ā¦ Player is at 3.100.1 and also doesnāt show the need for update.

Yep, still showing Gracenote. So rather than encounter this pain, Iāve reverted back to 1.15.x (easy for me thanks to Docker) and have updated the EPG that way. Then change back to 1.16.1
Iād report EPG issues, but I couldnāt update and rescan my channels as 1.16.1 does not find my HDHomeRun tuner. That looks to be a different bug already reported in a different thread.
I guess Iāve got til 1st July for this to be fixed. @sa2000 is there any chance this deadline will be delayed due to all the problems people are facing or is this a licensing deadline ?

@iomadh The 1.16.1 version isnāt having any trouble finding my HDHomeRun Extend, have you checked to see if the firmware is current?
And when a company charged money ā¦ the best to do is offering support about this!

Ya, if you actually read the threads youāll see LiveTV/DVR has never performed as expected and weāve all been told BY PLEX EMPLOYEES to remain on the Beta channel and (if ROKU) the Preview client for the latest āfixesā to problems that have lingered for a year or more.
There are a couple cheerleaders on the board that may as well be PLEX marketing dupes that always try to tell people that everything is great and the customers are crazy. They troll many threads and are ignored but donāt you dare do that. Youāll be banned in a heartbeat!

Any status on why some programs are always just āYear - E1ā ??
Iām on PMS 1.16.1.1273 and have re-scanned/saved my DVR, updated my guide and went through and re-saved all my recordings. Sadly my recording schedule is worthless if every episode of some shows is āYEAR - E1ā. (Edit: year appears correct but episode # is wrong and not listing the actual seasonā¦)

Previously, this program had season and Episode information, as demonstrated by this episode that was recorded from the DVR:

- (DVR) Donāt default to Episode 1. (#10207)
- (DVR) Users in Canada can now set up a new DVR, using a space in the postal code. (#10204)
- (DVR) Users in Ireland can now set up a new DVR.
- (DVR) Additionally show channel title in DVR setup where only an internal channel identifier is present.
You do need a full guide refresh to correct the errors for E1

This update did seem to fix my Episode 1 issues after getting a full refresh of the guide.
However, now everything is reporting as SD:
(I noticed quickly because I frequently use the āHD Onlyā option and my recording schedule was emptyā¦)
