New EPG and release

For lineup "Grande ClearSource Dallas Digital”
Can you double check the channel numbers. I have looked up here https://mygrande.com/cable-tv/channel-list and selected Dallas
I can see 851 being Weather. But Disney is 847 on this list
Also I do not know which is ABC Family. 828 is showing as Freeform

ABC Family rebranded as Freeform.

Thank you - so the list is

828 ABC Family / Freeform HD (East)
847 Disney HD (East)
851 Weather HD

When should we expect 4.2 - DECADES to show up in the guide data for the DFW OTA market (75252)?

It has been added by our provider. It normally takes 24-48 hours for that come through

I am posting this in a number of forum threads

RE Plex Media Server 1.18.0.1846 Beta

  • (EPG) Change to daily full guide refresh instead of incremental refreshes multiple times a day. (#9403)

We have a bug in music refresh of metadata scheduled task that gives a failure and stops other scheduled tasks from running after it. This bug is impacting the scheduled task to do a full EPG Refresh.

A hot fix release is expected early next week - until then and if you are already on 1.18.0.1846 beta, please do a daily manual EPG refresh as there would be no refreshes run

The channel is there now. Please go through DVR Setup / Scan Channels to pick 4.2 DECADES on the “Broadcast TV Dallas-Ft. Worth OTA Broadcast” lineup

These channels are now available in the Fidelity Cablevision Lawton Digital lineup

456 UPtv HD
474 TV One HD
479 Fox Sports 2 HD
485 Fox Business Network HD
531 Kids Central
545 Ovations Arts Network HD
551 POP HD
563 NASA HD

And these channels from the list of ‘disappeared’ channels are now back in the lineup

466 Revolt HD
468 The Country Network in 4K
560 Aspire TV HD

Any plans for:
727 Weather Channel
744 IFC
783 Disney
784 Freeform

to return on Comcast Londonderry Digital? They are still missing as of 10/4

This needs extensive investigation and once it is fully understood, a fix can then be designed and implemented. The theory at this moment is that a channel being dropped from one area may be impacting other areas - but this needs to be confirmed.

There were already plans to address this type of problem before and changes did get put in but we had to revert those changes because gaps started to appear in the schedules. So this needs to be fully understood and a solution put in place with no risk to other aspects

I’m in the Hartford-New Haven CT broadcast area using OTA. I have an entry left from last season in my “Priority” list for Supergirl. The show starts again this Sunday Oct. 6, and it had not yet appeared in my future recording list.

I went to the guide and found that my local CWTV Channel 20 DID have it scheduled. I hit Record and now I have two Supergirl listings, one to be recorded, one not-Screen capture attached. Any ideas?

Attempts are made to migrate existing scheduled recordings from the time before we switched to a new EPG provider in July 2019 - but this is not always successful. Just open up the old entry from the Recording Priority and cancel it. It should not affect the new schedule - but do double check

Excellent, they’re all there!

However, there are 2 new channel problems after those changes were made! :upside_down_face:

Channel 14 is should be CW, not CBS. Channel 695 has dropped off. It was ESPN Goal Line/ESPN Bases Loaded (HD).

Ah, well first, thank you very much for the update. I must have EPG myopia. The channels were there and working for months. One day they disappeared, but for some reason, one day later they cannot be added back? (Sorry - just a frustrated rhetorical question)

I just did a scan followed by a guide update followed by another scan and it does not show up for the guide. It’s shown up in the scan since it lit up a few days ago but still no guide data to map, see photo.

It should work. May be Plex Web cache

Could you try again after closing all browser sessions

Freshly rebooted machine

And confirmed that the DVR is on this lineup showing in settings?
Broadcast TV Dallas-Ft. Worth OTA Broadcast

And on reboot - do any browser sessions get restored from prior to the reboot?

If these are new browser sessions and the specified lineup is in use, then can start by looking at server logs after you get the screen not showing 4.2 in the dropdown

Nothing gets restored on reboot and I haven’t changed my DVR settings since original install and am getting all the other DFW stations.

Where in the settings does it tel you this? " Broadcast TV Dallas-Ft. Worth OTA Broadcast"

EDIT - YES it says Broadcast TV Dallas-Ft. Worth OTA Broadcast

Lets get some server logs after you do the scan - and not see the channel. May be it is to do with multiple tuners
